Fitness Passes: $35 for Members/$50 for Program Participants
Drop-In Fees: $3 for 1 class for Members/ $5 for 1 class for Program Participants
SilverSneakers: $2 for 1 class for Members/ $5 for 1 class for Program Participants

Y on Demand:
We are now offering fitness classes on demand. Check out the key from the Welcome Center for access to our NEW Demand Studio. You’ll have access to your favorite classes taught by our very own certified instructors at your convenience. This great new feature is included with your fitness/cycle pass OR available for a drop-in fee of $5 for members/$7 for program participants.

Tribe Fitness Online

An online fitness program that provides workouts 5 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri: Strength training and Tues & Thurs HIIT Cardio). A bonus workout each week and healthy living suggestions: recipes, snack ideas, portion control, and much more. This workout can be done ANYWHERE!

Fee: $25/month                                       Certified Instructors: Vicky & Mary

 

GET FAMILIAR WITH YOUR FITNESS CENTER

Fitness Equipment Orientation - instruction of cardio vascular and strength training machines/equipment are offered in our fitness area. Guidelines on how to create your own program will be given, as well as how to properly use the equipment. Please inquire at the front desk for an appointment. Free to all members.
